Needed a place to rest at 2300 hrs on a Monday. Was greeted by two amazing people who promptly provided my son and I a ground floor room. Upon entering, the room was really clean and cozy looking. The beds are firm and comfortable. Three pillows per bed are included, with each having its own firmness. Let's talk the bathroom. The bathroom itself is clean but the bathtub needs a lot of love. The caulk needs to be completely redone, the handles, knobs, drain stop needs replacing. A need to know about this place, the owners just purchased this place and are in the process of updating this what could have been a tragedy soon to be. I applaud their efforts and when I woke this morning the amazing smell of fresh coffee and waffles was in the lobby. There was also a crew outside replacing the old tower sign for their new sign which will be proudly displayed in a few days! This will soon be a five-star Google motel!

Extremely friendly night guy at the front desk! The website says there is a free Continental breakfast and it's from 7-9 am it is a choice of cold cereal, toast, mini mufins, waffles and milk. Website also states there is a hot tub. There might be one but we didn't see it. The bed was pretty comfortable However, the comforter is almost paper thin so it's worth it to bring your own extra blankets. Also the heat/air conditioner unit are definitely not great. The mini fridge and microwave worked great! The bathroom is decent but could use a little bit of an upgrade. (Mostly the bathtub and shower head)! Water coming out of that was a thin drizzle. One thing we thought was cool is the shampoo and conditioner are supplied and they are mounted to the shower wall. The TV remote didn't work but not a huge deal. We just used the side buttons on the TV. The phone charging USB ports do not work so make sure you have your own plug ins for the wall. Overall the staff and room are inviting BUT it is a little overpriced for this particular motel for so little amenities offered. So this would probably be the main reason we would not stay again. Just your basic sleep, and leave kinda place. No pool, or (Hot tub?) not a full Hot continental breakfast that most places offer. Maybe im being picky about those few things but sometimes those can make a huge difference when people are traveling or vacationing. If you have no children or animals and just plan on sleeping, getting up the next morning and leaving then this is the perfect place. Also, the rooms were very clean and smelled nice too!

We recently had a four day OHV ride that staged out of Panguitch with fourteen machines. I contaced the manager, Mr.Amrish and he was exremely accomidating to our needs prior to and during our stay. His staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable with only a few minor issues that were addressed immediately by the staff. This motel has the largest parking lot of any motel in Panguitch and it worked out great for our large group. Thank you Mr. Ambrish and staff for a wonderful experience.

The room was nice with good amenities, clean beds and towels. When we checked in, there was a sweet lady at the reception who was extremely helpful and kind. There was complimentary breakfast 7-9 am. However, in the morning the reception had a man. We were checking out before the check out time and the breakfast area still had some bread, butter and muffins. We helped ourselves to those but the man came into the dining area and told us that breakfast is closed. It was very weird and rude considering the items were kept right there from the breakfast time, we did not ask for anything extra and we were well before check out time.

Customer service was excellent. Very friendly faces. I was always greeted with a warm smile and had pleasant interactions with staff. My room was clean but had broken tiles and broken shower curtain rod, which decreased its overall appeal for me.

Stayed back in august when my car broke down on the way to colorado, was towed here while my car was worked on. They were very accomodating and i felt very safe as a solo female traveler. Wasn't sure how long i was gonna stay so had to pay for my rooms on a nightly basis. They were very friendly and charged me fair prices even though i didn't book ahead. I greatly appreciated the way i was treated during such a hectic trip ! The rooms where nice and breakfast was great!
